As a project manager, I am responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of a project from start to finish. This includes setting project goals, creating and managing timelines, coordinating with team members, and ensuring that the project stays within budget and meets the desired outcomes. My role also involves identifying and mitigating potential risks, communicating with clients, and making strategic decisions to ensure the success of the project. Through effective leadership and organization, I am able to guide my team towards achieving project objectives and delivering high-quality results. My job as a project manager is dynamic and challenging, but also incredibly rewarding as I get to see the tangible impact of my work on a daily basis.
Fun Fact
My grandparents live over in Spain and I love to spend as much spare time as I can over there. I’m also abit of a thrill seeker and love a day out to Alton Towers!
Jemma Kitson

I have over 13 years of experience in sales. I am a driven sales professional, and throughout my career, I have consistently exceeded sales targets and built strong relationships with clients.
My expertise lies in developing innovative strategies to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer service. I am constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to expand my skills and knowledge.

Jodie Roper
Head of Accounting
I joined the team in 2022 and haven’t looked back since. After graduating from York St John University with a Bachelor's Degree in business management, I started my career progression within eco power renewables. During my time here, I’ve learnt many different departments, from operations to admin, and have now found a true passion for both accounting and marketing, which I now head up within the company.
Fun Fact
I have two fur babies, Dollie and Flossie, who I adore spending my free time with. I love traveling, and recently discovered a passion for camping—minus the bugs, of course!
Danny Prewett
Electrical Manager
I started my career within the Armed Forces, and I was lucky enough to travel all over the world and embrace other cultures and ways of life. My time was very rewarding, and it sparked my interest in how things work, pushing me to retrain as an electrician.
Starting from scratch has allowed me to learn my trade from the ground up. I have never feared rolling up my sleeves and getting my hands dirty.
I embrace the management challenge and look forward to working with an amazing team. I’m ready to pass on my skills to the Eco Power family and continue the spark.

Outside of work I’m usually found soaking up my love of live music or spending time with my family.

I have been involved in the electrical industry since leaving school in 1981. I began working for my Father in the family-run business, working my way up from apprentice to MD when my Father retired.
Spent ten years as MD before taking a new direction to become an electrical manager at 8Point 8 Support Ltd. After MITIE Telecoms acquired 8Point8ms, and I then became the national electrical manager. The variety of different aspects of electrical work I have been involved with has led me to have a vast & diverse amount of knowledge towards the electrical industry.
Fun Fact
I love all sports but especially keen on watching Newcastle United & competing in angling competitions.
